you are my sweetest down fall.

this life i’ve been given, my life, this life, is so gorgeous.

trannysaurus grew wings yesterday and we’re praying and hoping and making it take flight tomorrow. i’ve such a gorgeous group of people to work with, such brilliant minds. we were on a roll last night and it was captivating.

had my first poetry critique in that poetry workshop class i’m taking. it was immensely helpful. “hugely important,” as diane would say. the feedback was spot-on, and i now feel capable of editing my piece.

there’ve been spills. there’ve been hiccups. there’ve been breakdown. minor, so can we call them cracks? mendable cracks?

this quarter will end its second week on friday. we’ve an AFTRA masterclass, then an open mic i’m hopefully attending, and a TD&P rave? yeah, don’t know quite yet about the rave. today brings another trannysaur. more alba emoting. more make-up (bone structure, thank god for cheekbonezzzz).

rollercoaster emotions aren’t cute, but today, i’m excited for life. joyful for the gift.

hope the rest of you are in a good place too. if not, think of isak dinesen when she said,
“The cure for anything is salt water-sweat, tears, or the sea.”
